I am a part time resident of Ranchos de Taos. Home mail delilvery is not provided to my address. Sometimes we order goods from Amazon or Ebay which are shipped via USPS to our street address and end up being held at the post office for pickup. When we go pick it up, one of the employees, Herman, i think reads us the riot act. Tells us we cannot order goods that way and that he should charge us for a P.O. Box. Well, we don't know how these vendors will ship when we order. We are not in Ranchos enough to justify cost of full time P. O. Box. I would think the USPS would want all the business it could get from Amazon/Ebay considering their financial condition. To resolve we have things mailed to a friend and pick up there. What a bad attitude for a public employee. My wife refuses to go to this post office because of this man.
